“This session was fantastic. I am blown away at how much we were able to learn in just a few hours. What you have taught us is powerful and I have never thought of parenting in this way before. It is truly transformational.” ~Erica and Alex L., parents of 2 girls ages 4 and 7.

“My biggest takeaway was just knowing that there is hope! That there is a different way that feels a lot better and just more ‘right’. And we are having more date nights!” ~Cindy and Joshua S., parents of 5-year-old son and newborn girl.

“I now know how to read the signs and what my son is trying to say with his behaviors, where before I would see it as him trying to just annoy me ha!” ~Matthew M., dad of 6-year-old son.

“I don’t feel like I want to run away every time my child is emotional. I can stay with her and not try to force it away. I don’t feel as uncomfortable. I feel capable of meeting her needs more.” Before our appointment, I felt very overwhelmed and confused about what to do. But after, I felt clear, excited, and supported. My kids feel closer to me, and I don’t believe you can put a price on that.” ~Laura F., mom of 3 girls ages 2, 4, and 6.

“I would DEFINITELY recommend the intensive experience to someone struggling with self-doubt, burnout, or parenting frustration. Christina is a wonderful combination of compassionate and knowledgeable. Loved my experience!!!” ~Kayla P., mom of 8-year-old son.

“If you want parenting to be simplified and feel lighter and easier, this is the program!” ~Patrick E., granddad of 4-year-old boy and 9-year-old girl.

“This was worth EVERY PENNY. Christina is wonderful and so full of knowledge and ideas. And her demeanor is very pleasant. I took pages of notes in our session and even have scripts of what to say in certain situations with my grandson. All the concepts we went over are simple and make so much sense. I am so excited to try them out!” ~Claudia S., grandmother of 8-year-old boy.

“I loved my intensive with Christina. I learned so much and got a ton of value. Something I loved is that Christina spent time helping me see the things that were going right in my parenting and how to build on that. This was refreshing and uplifting. Because it’s easy to get stuck in all the things not working. I highly recommend Christina to struggling parents who have ‘tried everything’.” ~Lauren A., mom of 8-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy.

Imagine what is possible…

Imagine what is possible for your child when you are able to parent from a greater, deeper awareness of their real feelings and needs underneath their behavior.

Imagine the quality of the connection your child would experience with you if you could replace those disciplinary tactics we often resort to with empowered presence, empathy, and responsiveness, without fear or judgment.

Imagine what is possible for your child when they become an adult, after cultivating a new way of being with them over time that fosters connection, respect, trust, and collaboration—the considerate, compassionate, and well-adjusted adults they would be.

What would be possible in your other relationships besides your relationship with your child, by developing a greater emotional security within yourself and learning effective ways of communicating.

You can have all of this.

I promise it is possible for you!

Hi, I’m Christina, your parenting coach

As a child, I was sensitive and observant. I experienced frequent frustration and irritability, but couldn’t make sense of it. And that led to anger.

Why was it that when I experienced the most dysregulation, did I wind up acquiring the opposite of what I needed most?

I so badly needed soothing, validation, and connection, but my difficult and defiant behaviors pushed me so far away from my caregivers. And I almost always ended up feeling isolated, scared, confused, ashamed, and disconnected. Which occasionally ended in mediocre compliance, at best.

And this leads to the gradual destruction of the parent-child relationship, one of the most important and influential relationships we have.

I know the daily disconnect families struggle with. I get it.

You don’t have to gently manipulate your kids' behavior in order to have control. You don’t have to change, fix, or overpower your child to instill obedience and compliance.

There is another way of parenting that prevents so much unnecessary suffering.

Knowing what kids long for and what parents value, I have the tools to connect a parent and child, so that parents and children can have a close and loving relationship, daily.

This is little me… in my prime of being defiant, sensitive, and frequently frustrated (I refused to smile for this school picture. But forced a grin so my parents wouldn’t be totally angry with me.).

This is big me, today… enjoying a close and loving relationship with my family! Because of our willingness to learn, adjust, and grow together.

Having completely transformed my own relationship with my parents, and having helped hundreds of parents significantly increase their positive interactions with their kids, some after having only 1 session with me, and after 12 sessions with me, reported reduced reactivity, and increased peace, ease, patience, confidence, and joy in their parenting, I can help you do this for your family too.

I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, where I conducted my graduate thesis on the parent-child relationship dynamic and child behavior problems, and I am a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach. I have the knowledge, understanding, and ability to deeply transform the lives of parents like you who long for a better relationship with their child.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.) Who is this program for?

This program is for parents who are aware that they need to be the change in order to improve their parenting challenges, and are ready to go deep to get the family life they’ve been dreaming of, who are willing to change their perspective, invest in their family, and are willing to be guided by a professional.

This program is not for parents who want tactics and tips to gently manipulate and control their child’s behavior to achieve compliance and obedience.

2.) Is this program for my kids too or just for parents?

The program is for parents only. It is specifically designed to be a parent-centric program because when parents change, children change.

3.) This program is for parents of kids in what age range?

The fundamental skills you will learn in the group VIP program can be applied to all parent-child relationships, in any scenario, no matter what age, and then we get to spend time tailoring the specifics to your particular situation.

4.) Can my spouse/partner join?

Definitely! It is ideal to have the child’s caregivers both be involved, but it is not necessary. The maximum benefits are completely possible with just one caregiver involved. If both you and your partner would like to participate, you can each print your own workbooks to have your own answers. It is also fine for one parent to attend the first half and the other parent attend the second half.

5.) I am interested in my kids receiving support, too. What kind of support do you offer for kids?

Following the group VIP Day, VIP-priced single sessions are available to support your kiddos! Please inquire if interested.

6.) Do we complete the mini workbooks prior to the VIP Day or during the session?

It is best to complete them prior to our session. That way, you will be familiar with the content and where you stand with the topics going into our time together. You will also want to bring them with you to the session. You can either bring a printed copy or have mobile access such as a Google Drive file.

7.) Where will group VIP day be held?

The event is a virtual event that will be held via Zoom (you will receive instructions and link once enrolled).

8.) Is this a group or individual event?

This particular event will have up to 5 participants enrolled for an intimate group experience. This is not a 1:1 private VIP day. If you are interested in having your very own private and personalized experience, please click here!

9.) Will there be a replay available?

There will be a replay available following the session. It will only be available through email to the 5 participants who enrolled, it will not be shared with any outside sources to respect privacy.

10.) What if I can’t attend live, can I still sign up?

It is encouraged that group spots only be filled by individuals who can attend live. You can still enroll if you are able to participate in at least half of the live event. If you know you won’t be able to attend live, you are encouraged to enroll in a private 1:1 VIP day.

11.) What are the benefits of the group setting?

Parents may receive creative or emotional support in the group setting, where perhaps more than one participant shares the same struggle, and ideas and resources can be shared. You will be able to hear from other similar parents on their parenting challenges, successes, and ideas. You may receive inspiration from parents who have successfully worked through your current struggles. The group setting can offer accountability and motivation to work through your biggest challenges, and can also offer lasting connections and support.

12.) How is this different from most of the other parenting help out there? How do I know this will help me?

Although there are plenty of helpful parenting resources that exist, my approach is proudly and uniquely rooted in helping parents fundamentally develop self-awareness, leadership, and self-responsibility, so that parents change from the inside, and in turn, our children’s behavior naturally changes. Simply put, when parents change, children change.

A more sound and secure parent, from the inside, can respond to their children with curiosity, nonviolent communication, and emotional intelligence, where the result is a more peaceful, connected, loving, nourishing, and closer relationship with their child.

I do not advise parents with gentle ways to control or manipulate child behavior, I focus on the relationship quality between parent and child.

13.) Is this coaching or therapy?

This is strictly a coaching program that helps you identify the ways you have learned to cope with stress in your life, how you bring that into your parenting, and how it may not be in service to you any longer or your relationship with your child, and we work to form new, supportive ways of coping that fosters a more loving relationship with your child.

As we work together, if there are deeper, ongoing, underlying issues that surface, it is important to seek the help of a licensed therapist while enrolled in this program.
