Hi, I’m Christina, your parenting coach

As a child, I was sensitive and observant. I experienced frequent frustration and irritability, but couldn’t make sense of it. And that led to anger.

Why was it that when I experienced the most dysregulation, did I wind up acquiring the opposite of what I needed most?

I so badly needed soothing, validation, and connection, but my difficult and defiant behaviors pushed me so far away from my caregivers. And I almost always ended up feeling isolated, scared, confused, ashamed, and disconnected. Which occasionally ended in mediocre compliance, at best.

And this leads to the gradual destruction of the parent-child relationship, one of the most important and influential relationships we have.

I know the daily disconnect families struggle with. I get it.

You don’t have to gently manipulate your kids' behavior in order to have control. You don’t have to change, fix, or overpower your child to instill obedience and compliance.

There is another way of parenting that prevents so much unnecessary suffering.

Knowing what kids long for and what parents value, I have the tools to connect a parent and child, so that parents and children can have a close and loving relationship, daily.

Having completely transformed my own relationship with my parents, and having helped hundreds of parents significantly increase their positive interactions with their kids, some after having only 1 session with me, and after 12 sessions with me, reported reduced reactivity, and increased peace, ease, patience, confidence, and joy in their parenting, I can help you do this for your family too.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.) Who is this program for?

This program is for parents who are aware that they need to be the change in order to improve their parenting challenges, and are ready to go deep to get the family life they’ve been dreaming of, who are willing to change their perspective, invest in their family, and are willing to be guided by a professional.

This program is not for parents who want tactics and tips to gently manipulate and control their child’s behavior to achieve compliance and obedience.

2.) Is this program for my kids too or just for parents?

The program is for parents only. It is specifically designed to be a parent-centric program because when parents change, children change.

3.) What children’s ages do you specialize in?

The program material can be applied to all parent-child relationships, no matter what age, but I specialize in helping parents of children around ages 0 - 10.

4.) Can my spouse join or do we each purchase separately?

Definitely! It is ideal to have the child’s caregivers be involved and on the same page. However, it is not necessary in order to achieve maximum benefits of this program. The maximum benefits are completely possible with one caregiver involved.

5.) Do we complete the mini workbooks the evening prior to the VIP day or during the session?

We complete them together during the session. It serves as your guide during VIP Day for you to reflect and take notes. You can either print them and bring them with you to VIP Day or access them through a Google Drive file and type into the workbooks.

6.) What’s next after VIP Day?

Within 1 week of our VIP Day together, you will receive a follow-up email from me to check in on progress and challenges, and offer a unique way to continue receiving the support you need, if necessary.

7.) Is this coaching or therapy?

This is strictly a coaching program that helps you identify the ways you have learned to cope with stress in your life, how you bring that into your parenting, and how it may not be in service to you any longer or your relationship with your child, and we work to form new, supportive ways of coping that fosters a more loving relationship with your child.

As we work together, if there are deeper, ongoing, underlying issues that surface, it is important to seek the help of a licensed therapist as we continue to work through the parenting program.
